Job Position: Business Development Catering

Work Date: Monday-Friday
Work Time: 8:00-18:00
– Selling and targeting new business opportunities in catering sales.
– Develop and maintain a contact and customer database.
– Prepare sales proposals to clients incorporating clearly defined terms and conditions.
– Establish an effective sales call by key customer, contacts etc.
– Maintain a clear line of communications to all operations concern.
– Work to achieve goals and objectives.
– Develop and manage sales budget.
– Participate any brand needed training and meetings as requested by Director of Sales and Marketing.
– Prepares weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual reports as required.
– Inform Director of Sales and Marketing of potential opportunities or concerns with customers and special projects progress.
– Represent organization hospitality and clubs professionally always.
– Creates effective structures, SOPs, LSOPs and systems are in place.
– Performs other duties, as assigned, to meet business needs.
– Working Experience in catering sales for wedding, events, parties, celebration, corporate meeting as Senior or Head of Sales at least 5 years.
– Thais only. Age between 30-40 years old.
– Must be highly motivated, enthusiastic, positive, creative and self-directed with strong initiative and desire for achievement.
– Fluent in English and Thai (spoken and written) with good interpersonal skills.
– Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
– Able to work flexible days/hours to meet club activities
– Computer literate: Microsoft Office – Word / Excel, PowerPoint.
